Last Saturday’s Yamuna Face Massage and Power breathing with the ball workshop was quite profound. The group had such beautiful energy and really understood the importance of this work. Oxygenating the body and releasing tension patterns from the face are a powerful combination and feel amazing. Next workshop coming soon!
